So, as you can imagine we had a glut of meat left over from our Braai at the weekend. That and the need for something bordering on healthy..!
And so this amazing StirFry was born, it was so delicious I had to have seconds.
Using toasted sesame oil, I fried half a sliced red onion, just as it softened I added garlic and ginger (teaspoon and half a teaspoon respectively) and stirred it about until it smelt amazing (!) I added a whole bag of kale, stirring a lot to make sure it all got coated in the yumminess. While this was going on hubby was finely dicing two pork chops (marinated in a spicy BBQ sauce) until they were tiny tiny, once the noodles and drained we added the pork to them, along with the kale etc and poured over a jar of black bean sauce, et voila. Super quick and super tasty.
